Project Management is Critical for Quality Work.
For all of our projects we typically follow a five point plan.
1) review and assess project scope with the clients.
2) Offer proposal with alternative solutions (if necessary)
3) Initiate the project with a set timeline. All projects are supervised with on-site PM and updates provided to the clients regularly.
4) Complete the project in a timely manner and provide a completion status to clients immediately
5) Quality control is extremely important to us. Our priority is always our client satisfaction.

Sam Aman is the company founder. Aman has over thirty years of project management experience and served as the project manager for one of the largest school districts in San Antonio for over ten years. Mr Aman has managed over 70 major multi-million technology and infrastructure upgrade projects for the past 30 years. In addition, Aman is the former city planner for the City of San Antonio where he served as the project manager for downtown San Antonio. In addition, Aman has managed numerous landscaping, home remodeling, new home development, and commercial shopping center projects. Sam Aman has an undergraduate degree in urban planning and a master of science degree in city and regional planning from Southern Illinois University. Aman is currently pursuing his doctorate degree in public administration. He is a member of the American Planning Association and the Project Management Institute. Aman is certified in numerous green building construction projects.

Sham Wali. P.E. is our Engineer and Construction Designbuild csenior associate for Centra Corporation. Sham has over thirty years of civil and structural Engineering and Construction management experience in both residential and commercial development projects. Sham has designed and built numerous construction projects such as shopping centers, office buildings, high rise office buildings, and residential home building projects. Sham Wali is a licensed engineer in the State of Texas and has a master degree in Engineering from Louisiana Tech University.
